Dhruv P. Das is the co-author of Pathways to Prosperity: The Journey of the Aspirational Districts Programme, a comprehensive book on one of India’s most transformative welfare initiatives.
He served as the Official Rapporteur for the Labour 20 (L20) under India’s G20 Presidency, where he documented and contributed to high-level deliberations on global labour policies, social protection, and migration. In addition, he worked as a Programme Associate with the G20-Y20 Secretariat, engaging in policy research and youth-driven policy dialogues on international platforms.
Dhruv has also been associated with Savishkar Delhi, where he worked closely with start-ups and youth-driven ventures, contributing to innovation-based policy thinking and strategic outreach.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Dr B.R. Ambedkar University Delhi and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy and Governance at the same institution. His academic training in psychology, combined with his grounding in public and economic policy, allows him to adopt an interdisciplinary lens to understand and address contemporary governance challenges.
